Yes. Shipping fees depend on the delivery destination and are calculated per order. The applicable shipping fee is clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Our current shipping fees are:
- The Netherlands: €5
- European Union (excluding NL): €15
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: €25
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
No customs duties apply to shipments within the European Union.
You may initiate a return within 14 business days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- Returned in original packaging with all labels attached
Items that are used, worn, damaged, altered, or missing parts are not eligible for a refund.
No. Returns are not free of charge.
The following fixed return fees apply and may be deducted from your refund if ASADLIE arranges the return shipment:
- Netherlands: €5
- Belgium, Germany, France: €15
- Other EU countries: €25

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Yes. All returns must be sent using a track-and-trace service to qualify for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days, after deduction of any applicable return shipping fees.
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider (posting may take time)
- Contact your bank

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
An exchange is considered a completed return cycle, as it includes the return of the original item and shipment of a replacement.
Any additional exchanges or returns related to the same order will be processed at the customer’s expense.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@asadlie.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
After verification, we will arrange an exchange for the same item at no additional cost.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
You may return your item after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact info@asadlie.com within 14 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.
