1. Where is you brand based?

We are proudly registered in The Netherlands. Currently, we operate exclusively online. This allows us to reach customers worldwide and maintain the best possible prices for our quality products. 

We are also working hard on making brand store existence possible in near future.

2. What materials do you use in your products? 

Our focus is on genuine leather, wool, shearling, pure cotton, linen and other authentic materials. We prioritize natural materials to ensure quality and authenticity. 

3. Do you ship internationally? 

We do ship internationally but with some countries as an exception. Please kindly verify your country of delivery during check out or check the list of countries where we deliver on "Shipping Policy" page. If you are unable to find your country in the drop down menu, please send us an email to and we will do our best to support you.

We also ship within Europe free of charge. International deliveries are obliged with additional shipping fee as well as other import duties which are reported by shipping company.

4. Which shipping company do you ship with? 

We are partnering with DHL, UPS and FedEx to deliver your orders preserved and safe. You can return your item with either one of these three shipping companies. 

5.  How can I track my order? 

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. 

6. What is your return policy? 

We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll work to make it right. Please note that returns are at the customer's charge.

Currently, we don't offer customization options. However, we continuously explore ways to enhance our offerings, so stay tuned for potential future updates.

10. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color? 

You can request size or color change of purchased item until your order is dispatched by us. Please send us an email to before your item is dispatched. If your item is dispatched, you can exchange your item to another one by initiating a return process.
