We are proudly registered in The Netherlands. Currently, we operate exclusively online. This allows us to reach customers worldwide and maintain the best possible prices for our quality products.
We are also working hard on making brand store existence possible in the near future.
Our focus is on genuine leather, wool, shearling, pure cotton, linen and other authentic materials. We prioritize natural materials to ensure quality and authenticity.
We do ship internationally but with some countries as an exception. Please kindly verify your country of delivery during check-out or check the list of countries where we deliver on the "Shipping Policy" page. If you are unable to find your country in the drop-down menu, please send us an email to info@asadlie.com and we will do our best to support you.
We also ship within Europe free of charge. International deliveries are obliged with additional shipping fee as well as other import duties which are reported by shipping company.
We are partnering with DHL, UPS and FedEx to deliver your orders preserved and safe. You can return your item with either one of these three shipping companies.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll work to make it right.
Returns within EU are free of charge. Internal returns are at the customer's charge.
