These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the ASADLIE website and e-commerce shop (the “Shop”) and the purchase of products offered by ASADLIE.
By accessing or using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Shop.
Liability Disclaimer
While ASADLIE takes all reasonable care to ensure the quality, accuracy, and defect-free condition of its products, we do not guarantee that products will meet individual expectations or specific personal requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASADLIE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.
This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of mandatory statutory consumer rights or gross negligence.
Terms of Payment
Payment for all products must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website.
ASADLIE reserves the right to amend prices, payment methods, or product availability at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable at the time of checkout shall prevail.
Retention of Title
All products remain the property of ASADLIE until full payment has been received.
Guarantee
ASADLIE guarantees that products are dispatched in undamaged condition and in accordance with the specifications stated on the relevant product page.
Damage to external packaging or shipping boxes occurring during transit is the responsibility of the carrier and does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Claims relating to visible transport damage should be reported promptly upon receipt.
Terms of Delivery
ASADLIE aims to dispatch orders to the carrier within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and product availability. While ASADLIE endeavours to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Responsibility for delivery execution lies with the carrier once the order has been handed over.
Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Customers may return items after delivery in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns may be initiated within 14 business days from the date of delivery, provided that items are:

Returned with original packaging and labels intact
Used, damaged, altered, or incomplete items are not eligible for a refund.
Returns must be shipped with a track-and-trace service to qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are not free of charge and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of ASADLIE or a defective product.
Applicable return fees may be deducted from the refundable amount if ASADLIE arranges the return shipment. Please refer to the Return and Refund Policy for detailed fee structures by country.
Refund Processing
If a return is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days, after deduction of any applicable return shipping fees.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact info@asadlie.com within 10 days of receipt. Upon verification, ASADLIE will arrange an exchange for the same item at no additional cost.
Exchanges are considered a completed return cycle. Any additional exchanges or returns related to the same order will be processed at the customer’s expense.
Domestic Shipping
ASADLIE offers shipping within the Netherlands and the European Union. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact info@asadlie.com within 14 days of delivery. After verification, ASADLIE will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Policy Updates
ASADLIE reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
