Refund policy

We appreciate your trust in us and are committed to providing you with a satisfactory shopping experience.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

You have 14 business days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition as received

  • Returned in their original packaging

Items that are returned damaged, worn, altered, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Fees (Paid Returns)

Returns are not free of charge. A fixed return shipping fee will be applied and deducted from the total refundable amount once the return is approved and received.

The return fees are as follows:

  • Netherlands (NL): €5

  • Belgium (BE), Germany (DE), France (FR): €15

  • Other EU countries (including UK, Switzerland and Norway): €25

The applicable return fee is charged per return shipment, regardless of the number of items returned within the same order.

Return Process

For paid returns, customers may choose one of the following options:

  • Self-arranged return:
    The customer arranges and pays for the return shipment independently. In the self-arranged return, the refund will be processed in full without the return fee deduction.

  • ASADLIE-arranged return:
    Upon request, ASADLIE can arrange the return shipment. In this case, the applicable return fee (as listed above) will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

An exchange is considered a completed return cycle, as it includes:

  • The return of the original item, and

  • The shipment of the replacement item

Any additional exchange or return requests related to the same order will be processed at the customer’s expense, including all shipping and handling costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment

  • The applicable return fee will be deducted from the refundable amount

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days, after deduction of any applicable return shipping fees.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@asadlie.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

After verification, we will arrange an exchange for the same item at no additional cost. The defective or damaged item must be returned in accordance with our return instructions.

This provision applies only to items that are defective or damaged upon delivery and does not apply to issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.

    How to Initiate a Return

    To initiate a return, please submit a return request via your customer account under Orders, or contact us at info@asadlie.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

    Once your request is received, we will respond with return instructions and next steps.

    You may also contact us via our Instagram account for support with the return or exchange process; however, all return requests must be formally confirmed via email or your customer account.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please take the following steps:

    1. Check your bank account again.

    2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

    3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

    If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@asadlie.com for further assistance.

    Cancellations

    Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

    Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. You may, however, return your item after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.
