Shipping and Return
We ship to the Netherlands, European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.
Orders are typically prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s service.
Applicable shipping fees are calculated per order and clearly displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 business days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging and labels
Returns are not free of charge. A fixed return fee applies and may be deducted from your refund if ASADLIE arranges the return shipment.
Return fees:
- Netherlands: €5
- Belgium, Germany, France: €15
- Other EU countries: €25
Each order is eligible for one exchange only. An exchange is considered a completed return cycle. Any additional returns or exchanges related to the same order will be processed at the customer’s expense.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, customers may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
