Wool Coat:

- Avoid over-wearing by rotating your wool coat with other outerwear to prevent excessive wear on specific areas.

- Store your wool coat in a cool, dry place to prevent mould and mildew growth. Use ASADLIE signature breathable garment bag to protect it from dust and moths.

- Avoid hanging the coat on a hook for extended periods, as this can cause the shoulders to lose their shape.

- Spot clean stains immediately using a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Dry clean your wool coat at least once a season, or as needed.

- Avoid washing your wool coat in a washing machine, as this can cause shrinkage and damage to the fibres.

- Use a soft-bristled brush to remove surface dirt and lint from the wool.

- Steam your wool coat to remove wrinkles and refresh its appearance. Hold the steamer at least 6 inches away from the fabric to prevent damage.

- Limit the exposure of your wool coat to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause fading.

- Avoid moisture, shake off excess water and let it air dry in a well-ventilated area.

- Use a fabric shaver or a sweater stone to remove any pills that may form on the surface of the wool. We carefully select wool fabric to avoid low-quality composition.

We ship to the Netherlands, European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.

Orders are typically prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s service.
Applicable shipping fees are calculated per order and clearly displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 business days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Returned items must be:

- Unused and unworn

- In their original condition

- Returned with original packaging and labels

Returns are not free of charge. A fixed return fee applies and may be deducted from your refund if ASADLIE arranges the return shipment.

Return fees:

- Netherlands: €5

- Belgium, Germany, France: €15

- Other EU countries: €25

Each order is eligible for one exchange only. An exchange is considered a completed return cycle. Any additional returns or exchanges related to the same order will be processed at the customer’s expense.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, customers may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
